After receiving detailed and specific job requirements, we will
search, target, screen and present applicable and available candidates
on the clients behalf. We will work with the client and create a
fine-tuned screening process. Through detailed technical and behavioral
interviews and reference checks, we will present only those candidates
who we believe are the best fit for the position.
Our Recruiters will continually provide candidates until the search
is filled or closed. All of this is done in an open, honest, yet
confidential manner.
Search and recruitment services are provided by iHeadHunt on a contingent
fee basis. With the contingency search, our fees are earned only
upon the successful placement of a candidate.
The search and placement fee is based on a percentage of the new
employee’s first year earnings. At the point of offer and acceptance,
a fee equal to 25% of the annual salary will be assessed. A fee is
only earned when we fill that job order successfully, and we guarantee
our placements.
We are paid directly by the hiring company. There is never a cost
to the candidates who we represent.
